This project involves construction services for the replacement of approximately 24,000 square feet of roof and insulation located on the Gymnasium Complex at the Whitney Young Job Corps Center. The work also includes replacement of flashing, gutters and downspouts, counter flashing and other roofing components. In addition, a minimum amount of replacement of aluminum siding is required. the work is to be performed at the Whitney Young Job Corps Center in Simpsonville, Kentucky. The estimated cost range is $100,000 to $250,000. Specifications shall be available on or about January 18, 1995, only from Potter and Cox Architects, Suite 800, Meindinger Tower, Louisville, Kentucky 40202. Requests must be in writing and will be available on a first-come, first- serve basis until supplies are exhausted. For requests made after the supply is exhausted, the Contracting Officer may determine whether payment of a fee is warranted. The fee shall not exceed the actual cost of duplication of the IFB documents plus the cost of mailing which shall be on a Cash on Delivery (COD) Basis.
