Cesarone, (215)897-5434 The FISC Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, intends to acquire on a full and open competitive basis, eighty-four (84) ELMA Electronics Versa Module Eurocard (VME) Chassis, or Equal, part number 12V-416-RH05J12D-P350-FP (or equal) for the Naval Command, Control, and Ocean Surveillance Center (NISE East), North Charleston, SC. The VME chassis must meet the following Minimum Requirements: unit shall be constructed from Aluminum Alloy; Unit Shall Provide Hole Patterns for Barnes and Jonathan Slides and be Rack Mountable in a Standard 19 Inch EIA Equipment Rack; Height Not To Exceed 7 Inches (17.8 CM); Depth Not To Exceed 20 Inches (51CM); Standard EIA Mounting Holes For 10-32 Screws To Secure Unit In Rack; Handles Shall Be Installed On The Front Of Each Unit Not To Protrude More Than 1.5 Inches; Front Panel Shall Be Color Chip # 26307 or ASA # 61 Gray and Shall Be Hinged (Hinge Pin Locked In) and Swing Down 120 Degrees With a Sound Mechanical Stop and Positive Locking Hardware When Closed.
