This is an emerging small business set aside. Provide all material, labor, equipment and supervision for the design of Project WR94046, Canteen Cart/Patio, at the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center, 3400 Lebanon Road, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129. Design document will include preliminary design, design development, specifications, and estimates. Evaluation criteria will be as follows: (1) Specilized experience of the firm with the type of work required; (2) Capacity of the firm to perform the work within the time limitation; (3) Past record of performance on contracts with Government agencies; (4) Familiar with the area in which the project is located; (5) Geographic location and facilities of the working office; (6) for assignment to the project the area of consideration will be within the State of Tennessee. Firms desiring consideration should submit a current SF 254 and SF 255 on or before February 6, 1995. Construction cost range is $25,000 to $100,000.
