The Fleet Industrial Supply Center/Norfolk Detachment Washington D.C. has a requirement in support of the Navy Recreation Center in Solomons Island, MD. The Government intends to aquire Aquatics Program Support, including overall management, operation and staffing of aquatics program with four pools and one beach at the Navy Recreation Center in Solomons, MD and one pool at the Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC. Includes total management, funds collection, lifeguard services, instruction and social activities and minor maintenance for the period 27 May through 4 September 1995/7 days a week. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract with a base year and four one year options. Award will be to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror.
