SOLICITATION NOTICE - The Iowa National Guard wishes to contract for the Removal and Replacement of Underground Storage Tanks. The project will be at the Iowa Air National Guard Base, Des Moines International Airport, Des Moines, Iowa. The Contractor shall follow the plans and specifications to remove 11 underground storage tanks and replace 3 oil/water separators. The work includes but is not limited to; Site Work, Pavements, Plumbing, UST removal and disposal, Soil Testing, and Site Restoration. The estimated completion time is 270 days. The IFB package will be issued under Solicitation No. DAHA13-95-B-0003. Solicitations will be issued on or about 1 February 1995 and the bid opening will be held on or about 15 March 1995, 1:00 p.m. local time at the United States Property and Fiscal Office, Bldg.
