Base Bid: Provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform structural modifications to the ESLSS buildings on Pad A & B. The structural mods consists of adding support beams to the structural steel and cutting some of the concrete wall panels at mid-span. The base bid also includes providing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to install four (4) inch diameter conduit with pull wire from the 9099 interface wall to a point four (4) feet above finish floor in the ECLSS buildings at both Pads A & B. Additive Alternate 1: Relocate an existing heater control panel and some existing chilled water supply and return drops and Additive Alternate 2: Relocate a fire detection system ZAM cabinet. Funds are not presently available for this requirement, and award of contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made FAR 52.232-18, ''Availability of Funds (APR 1984)'', is hereby incorporated by reference.--Plan to issue solicitation package on or about 01/06/95.--Magnitude of project between $25,000 and $100,000.
