Fish and Wildlife Services invites bids on a contract for Site Remediation at the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge, Essex County, Newburyport, Massachusetts. Work under this project consists of cleanup and remediation of contaminated soils within a twleve (12) acre site at the Refuge.
