Description: NSN 391000X941772, One Each, Automatic Material Handling Description: NSN 391000X941772, One Eachg, Auytomatic Material Handling Injection Molding Conveyor System for Roadwheels to include programmable controls and sensor feed back, description remains the same as synopsized on 16 Dec 94; and NSN 391000X941756, One Each, Automatic Conveyor system for Roadwheels and Track Shoes that will provide material handling interface between blast cleaning, palletizing and roadwheel adhesive application to include programmable controls and sensor feedback. System will consist of overhead power and free conveyors for temporary storage with recirculating loops, conveyor interface with other overhead material handling systems, load/unload provisions and a process logic control system which interfaces with other control systems and with operator to control the complete automated material handling system. The automated material handling system will be interfaced to the preceding process material handling to receive incoming parts for transport to unloading positions for manual unload. This system to be designed, fabricated, and then installed in Building 493 at Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, Texas. Procurement is FOB Destination to Red River Army Depot. Desired delivery is 110 days after contract award, required delivery is 140 days after contract award. Contract type is firm fixed price. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until obligation authority is available for which payments for contract purposes can be made.
