The Air Force Medical Center requires one (1) Apnea Monitor to include
the following options: Multiple alarm systems with 5, 10, 15, 20, or
30-second delay; Slow heart rate alarm 30-100 BPM (Breath per minute)
range; Fast heart rate alarm 120-240 BPM range. Update all displays
every 1-2 seconds. Built-in battery with minimum 6-hour continuous use
after full charge. Must operate on all ages. Digital display for
respirations and heart rate. Power cord included for hospital use.
Automatic sensitivity adjustment. Optional printer must be available
that records all alarm events and/or internal memory of all data for
24-hour period. Delivery 60 days after date of contract. Tentative
issue date is 28 Feb 95. Only written or faxed (601/377-3298) requests
received directly from the requestor are acceptable. The proposed
procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside, for which the size
