Title and number of pages of the notified document: Implementation Order on the Authenticity of Fruit Juice Based Softdrinks 1994 (3 pages). 6. Description of content: Fruit juice based softdrinks. The draft implementation order gives more details on the implementation of Article 2 of the ``Fruit Juice Based Softdrinks Authenticity Order 1992'', stating that fruit juice based softdrinks must fulfill the authenticity criteria as laid down in the implementation order. 7. Objective and rationale: The implementation order aims to establish criteria in order to guarantee that the fruit juice content of fruit juice based softdrinks produced in the Netherlands can be monitored. There are no definitive regulations for this at EU level. 8.
