U.S. ARMY TEST AND EVALUATION COMMAND (TECOM) ADVANCE PLANNING BRIEFING FOR INDUSTRY (APBI) TECOM will hold its annual APBI on 10 April 95 at the Kossiakoff Conference and Education Center, Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, Laurel, Maryland. The APBI is being conducted in conjunction with TECOM's annual Test Technology Symposium, 11 - 13 Apr 95 at the same location. The APBI is an Unclassified one-day briefing to interface management, marketing, and technical representatives from industry, government, and academia. It addresses technical and base support requirements for TECOM's technical testing mission, and is structured to provide broad-based acquisition requirements and the most recent projections of specific contracting opportunities for eight TECOM technical test centers in seven states.
