Item 0004 - Drayage between Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and contractor's plant; Item 0005 - Handling charge in; Item 0006 - Handling charge out; Demurrage per delivery order, est. 8 days; Item 0007 - Repair Kits for Carrier, Thermal King manufacturer and/or containers being provided; Item 0008 - Provide services to adjust, troubleshoot and repair leased refrigerated vans while in port at Pearl Harbor; Item 0009 - Provide services to adjust, troubleshoot and repair Government-owned refrigerated vans while in port Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; Provide materials required to repair rented or Government-owned refrigerated vans. Services to begin 1 March 1995 through through 30 September 1995 with one (1) 12-month option period.
