N62477-95-B-3020 The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, material, equipment and management necessary to provide the delivery, set-up in place, leasinng (which shall include the general maintenance of the structure), and removal of a used relocatable building, not older than 5 years, totaling 5,500 to 6,000 square feet which will be located in parking lot of Building 504, Public Works. The relocatable shall include 2 conference rooms approximately 15'X 15' each, remainder to be open floor plan (columns acceptable). Anticipate base period of 6 months with 12 months of options. At this time the Government requests written input from interested contractors, as soon as possible, on date contractor could have such trailer onsite/set-up if contract is awarded not-later-than 16 February 1995. The estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 to $250,000.00.
