New mechanical shops are to be included as an optional bid item. The base bid will be a 178 sq. meter one-story Administratin Building. Features include low-maintenance exterior, HVAC water heater, unsulation, tinted windows. The building includes four offices; locker room; restrooms with shower areas; conference/break room with kitchen area and conference equipment; storage; janitor's closet; Visitor Welcome Center; utilities, parking, communications services, drainage,grading,landscaping, and all other associated work. The optional item will be a 192 sq. meter one-story Mechanic's Shop connecting the new Administration Building to an existing garage structure. The shop includes a bay for heavy repair, a bay for 1/2 ton vehicle repair, office, parts/supply room, and compressor room. Magnitude of project is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000.
