Z -- REPAIR/MAINT CONSTRUCTION INDEFINITE DELIVERY JOB ORDER CONTRACT Sol. DAHA46-95-B-0001. Due 022195. Contact Contracting Officer, MSG Harold R. Roan, 304/473-5216. The contract is a firm fixed price indefinite delivery/quantty contract for a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction work on real property at 167th AG, WV Air National Guard Base, Eastern WV Regional Airport-Shepherd Field, Martinsburg, WV 25401-7704. During the contract period the Government will identify tasks to be completed by specific job. The Contracting Officer will issue individual delivery orders to the Contractor to complete the jobs. The Contractor will furnish all materisls, equipment, transportation and labor necessary to accomplish the job. Individual jobs will vary in size. Jobs may include trades such as carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, interior electrical, steam fitting, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete masonry, and welding. Probable projects include: Repair Gutters; Construct Office-Qaulity Advisor; Install A/C Unit PSN Office; Construct Office B-134; Repair Aircraft Ramp; Construct Sidewalk; Repair Roof Bldg 126; Replace Roof Bldg 111; Repair Drop Ceiling; and responding to emergency repair situtations. The contract provides for an intitial 12 month period with two optional 12 month periods to be extended at the total discretion of the Government. A maximum contract amount of $2 million for the life of the contract (base period plus option years) is allowed. A minimum basic contrat amount of $5,000 shall be awarded in the base year. Each delivery order cannot exceed $300,000. SIC for this contract is 1542. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17.0 average annual revenue for the previous three years. Pre-Bid Confernece on or about 2 Feb 95 1100 hours local time at the Air Guard Base. Bid Open Date/Time on or about 21 Feb 95, 1100 hours local time at the Air Guard Base. Interested concerns should as early as possible, but not later than 15 calendar days after publication of this notice, request the solicitation package and indicate the firm's size status such as large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, or 8(a). This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED and all responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered, however, this solicitation is restricted to a geogrpahic area within a 50 mile radius of the Air Guard Base location. Contractors outside the geographic area are allowed to compete, provided that if they are the low bidder, they must sst up full construction work operations within the defined geographic area prior to contract award.
