Specialist, 503/945-3929. Maintain Airfield Pavements work consists of,
but not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials and equipment
necessary to maintain and repair approximately 200,000 SY of aircraft
ramp and pavements. The repairs include spall reqpir, crack repair,
joint maintenance and full depth panel replacement in accordance with
plans and specifications. Maintain Alert Pavements work consists of,
but not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment
necessary to repair and replacement of portland cement concrete
adjacent to hangar doors, construction of portland cement concrete
parking pad, sealing existing asphaltic concrete pavement, repaving
taxiway asphaltic concrete pavement and addition of rock pavement
shoulders in accordance with plans and specifications at Kingsley Field
Air National Guard Base, Klamath Falls Internatonal Airport (IAP),
Klamath Falls, OR. Estimated cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
Estimated length of construction is 120 calendar days. The SIC is 1611.
A Firm Fixed price contract is contemplated. The proposed solicitation
is 100% Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Set-Aside within a Labor
Surplus Area. Potential bidders shall certify their status as a Small
Disadvantaged Business. This notification must include a positive
statement of eligibility as a small socially, and economically
disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required
bonds, and specific information concerning management experience on
similar work, and financial status must be submitted. All replies must
be in writing to the USPFO for Oregon. Contractors may FAX the
