Presolicitation Notice - The work includes the furnishing of all labor, approved material and equipment necessary for the REPAIR By CONVERSION CFC WATER CHILLERS, BUILDING 605 (R15-94) AT THE NAVAL COMMAND, CONTROL And OCEAN SURVEILLANCE CENTER RDTE DIVISION, SAN DIEGO, CA. The work also includes modification of existing water chiller units for use of non-ozone depleting refrigerant, removal of existing refrigerant and delivery to the Government at designated locations, installation of Mechanical Room ventilation and air monitoring devices and related electrical and incidental related work, complete and ready for use. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Firm Fixed Price Contract Estimated start date is 29 March 1995 with 90 days to complete the work.
