The work includes providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to prepare and apply a water proof vehicular surfacing to an automobile roof parking area at Navy Submarine Base, Point Loma, San Diego, California and other incidental related work. The requirement is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. A Firm-Fixed-Price Contract is anticipated.
