The contractor shall furnish maintenance and repair services to Kimbrough Army Community Hospital and Related Buildings at Fort George G Meade, Maryland. Scope of work includes but is not limited to, maintenance and repair of the following systems: Interior and Exterior Lighting and Electric, Compressed Air, Oxygen and Vacuum Systems, Food Services and Refrigeration Equipment, Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning, Structural and Architectural Components and Plumbing. Contract period base year 1 February 1995 thru 30 September 1995 with three (3) additional option years. Option years begin 1 October 1995 thru 30 September 1998. The SIC Code is 1542. This proposed solicitation will be issued as 100% set-aside small business. This proposed solicitation will be released o/a 29 December 1994 (tentative date) with a proposed solicitation due date 30 January 1995 (tentative date).
