CACD will provide commercial repair depot services; provide a reliability performance guarantee; and perform design changes and hardware modifications in order to significantly increase the field reliability of the AN/ARC-210(V) radio. CACD, as the sole designer, developer, and producer of the AN/ARC-210(V) radio, is the only source with the requisite capability to perform this effort.
