The Contractor shall furnish all necessary trained/experienced personnel, materials/supplies, equipment, support, transportation and supervision required to provide flow cytometry services. Services shall include the monitoring of changes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of animals receiving investigational therapy with a variety of biological response modifiers. This requirement will include a base year of 12 consecutive months with options to renew for four (4) twelve (12) month periods.
