The SSMC Complex consists of four buildings, ranging from nine (9) to eighteen (18) floors and housing approximately 4500 Government employees. Guard and receptionist services are required 24 hours/day (three 8-hour shifts), 7 days a week, including all Government holidays. Contract is anticipated to be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract for a base period of 12 months, and two (2) 12-month option periods.
