The National Institutes of Health, Division of Engineering Services has a requirement to furnish all necessary qualified personnel, vehicles, supervision and equipment required to transport number two (2) fuel oil from the Baltimore, Maryland and Washington D.C. areas to the National Institutes of Health, in Bethesda, Maryland. The contractor shall make deliveries to the National Institutes of Health, seven (7) days a week if required, including all federal holidays. During the peak usage periods of January and February the contractor shall transport to the National Institutes of Health, up to 60,000 gallons of number two (2) fuel oil per day. The contractor shall transport number two (2) fuel oil to the National Institutes of Health in accordance with specifications specified in the solicitation with a twelve month period of performance with option to renew for two (2) successive twelve (12) month periods of performance.
