The work consists of removal and replacement of sealant joints on the ex- terior of the building. The repointing of mortar joints in stone facades, along with cleaning the entire building. Work shall also include abating the existing sealant on the coping above the curtain wall that contains asbestos. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis. This announcement also constitutes synopsis of the pre-invitation notice. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
