The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS) China Lake, CA intends to procure 230 each Flash Analog to Digital Converters (Flash converters) on an other than full and open competitive basis through the SIPEX Corp., San Jaun Capistrano, CA. the contractor shall provide a hermetic sealed 24-pin double dip complete flash analog to digital conversion subsystem (flash converter) capable of converting high speed analog signals into 8-bit digital words at up to 50 megasamples per second.The flash analog to digital converter shall be a completely self contained system manufactured with a Hybrid integrated circuit process. The analog to digital conversion subsystem has a wide band current feed amplifier, a precision 2.5 volt reference, three state TTL ouputs, minimal 15ns latency, binary or two's complement coding and an input amplifier that may be run in the inverting non-inverting or differential modes, operating at +5, -5.2 volts through a temperature range of -55 degrees C to +125 degress C.
