NASA/GSFC intends to procure a double monochromator, ratio recording spectrophotometer with microcomputer electronics, Lambda 19 Model C6950450 or equivalent. The system shall be used to measure absorbance, percent transmission, specular, diffused, and total reflectance of solid and liquid materials. Additional specifications will be provided in the Request For Proposals. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which the Agency will consider.
