Equipment Location - Rockville, MD and Dallas, TX. All responsible sources must submit their capabilities statement. The information must provide clear and convincing evidence that their proposal meets the requirements of the Department. Please be advised that this is not a request for solicitation. If no affirmative written documentation is received, within 15 days from the date this synopsis is published to the effect that a comparable source is more advantageous to the government than issuing an order against the GSA Schedule, an order will be placed with Computer Associates Federal Division. All responsible sources who can provide equivalent software maintenance must submit a written response which must include pricing information, capability statement, and any other pertinent information relative to maintaining this equipment in order to permit a sufficient Technical Evaluation, a Point of Contact, GSA Contract Number, if applicable, Business Size, Tax Identification Number and Contractor Establishment Code. All responses received will be fully considered. Oral communications are not acceptable and will not be considered. No contract award will be made on the basis of any responses to this notice since this synopsis of intent to place an order is not considered a solicitation document. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
