Contracts are required to provide professional legal services related to civil tort actions; specifically to develop, in conjunction with the HUD Office of Counsel, and represent the litigation position of contract property managers of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the following areas: (1) Services rendered in the jurisdiction of the United States District Court, Eastern District, State of Arkansas, (2) Services rendered in the jurisidiction of the United States District Court, Western District, State of Arkansas, (3) Services rendered in the jurisidiciton of the United States District Court, Northern District, State of Texas, (4) Services rendered in the jurisdiction of the United States District Court, Southern District, State of Texas, (5) Services rendered in the jurisdiction of the United States District Court, Eastern District, State of Texas, (6) Services rendered in the jurisdiction of the United States District Court, Western District, State of Texas, (7) Services rendered in the jurisdiction of the United States District Court, State of New Mexico.
