The primary facility includes a control tower, operation/storage building, field service heads, stationary infantry tragets, stationary armot targets, moving target carrier emplacements and shelters, and defilade positions. Support facilities include roads, parking, site improvements, communications and associated utilities within the boundaries of the range. Building construction is predominantly concrete masonry units on a concrete foundation with framed shingled roof systems. Air conditioning is provided for the control tower and operation/storage building. Sanitary provisions are included in site improvements and incidental related work at the Marine Air Corps Base, Camp Lejuene, North Carolina. Approximate Solicitation Release Date: 27 January 1995. A limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first come first serve basis. No charge will be made for the first set of specifications and half size plans. Additional sets will be furnished upon receipt of a non-refundable cost of $20.00 for half-size plans and $76.00 for full size plans. No more than two additional sets will be provided each requester.
