The following specifications are required: items must be compatible with the existing Northern Telecom Meridian SL-100 telephone switch; must provide a minimum of 150 Voice Mail Boxes for 150 different organization personnel with a minimum of 20 hours voice storage per person/mail box; must include auto attendant and telephone queuing feature to support up to the following: nine clinics using 12 phone lines simultaneously with queuing up to 24 ports and support management reports of unsuccessful attempts made by callers; must include a pharmacy refill module with CHCS interface, call routing, touchtone and voice recognition capabilities and multi-tasking features. The equipment is required to be delivered on a FOB Destination basis within 30 days after the date of the order. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Interested parties should respond in writing and provide documentation containing sufficient technical information including brand name, part number, price, GSA contract number and pertinent contract information (if applicable), catalog and/or descriptive literature in order for the Government to evaluate if the products meet all specifications and establish firm's bonafide capability to fulfill the stated requirement. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued if it is advantageous to the Government to consider other offers. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. If no affirmative written responses to this notice are received within 15 calendar days after the publication date of this notice, an order may be placed with the above referenced contract holder without further notice. A request for a copy of the solicitation shall not be considered an affirmative response to this notice. No contract award will be made solely on the basis of responses received from this notice. This synopsis is merely a notice of intent to place an order against a schedule contract and should not be considered a request for offers.
