The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue orders, in accordance with an ordering provision of contract N00024-95-C-2107, to General Dynamics, Electric Boat Division, 75 Eastern Point Road, Groton, CT 06340, for research and development materials, prototype hardware, and/or minor R&D studies related to: non-CFC air conditioning and refrigeration plants, composite shaft; shock isolation test and evaluation; and other related studies. These requirements are in support of submarine improvement and advanced submarine technology studies being performed by General Dynamics, Electric Boat Division for the Advanced Submarine Project Office.
