The following is the correct and complete selection criteria: (1) architect; (2) civil engineer; (3) electrical engineer; (4) mechanical engineer; (5) experience in the design of operations facilities; (6) experience in overall design of office facilities; (7) experience in design and analysis of flight maintenance facilities; (8) specialized experience and technical competence; (9) capacity to accomplish work in the required time; (10) past performance; (11) location of A-E firm with respect to project site. (Firms within 400 miles of Bangor ANG Base will be given greater consideration during the selection process.); (12) volume of DoD work previously awarded. All other information remains the same.
