Rains/Msc/Pkb/ 513-257-5992 This is a notice of intent of MSC/PKB to modify the existing contract F33657-94-D-2555 with Dynamics Research Corporation (DRC) Andover, Massachusetts for the Operations and Maintenance of the Tactical Interim CAMS and REMIS Reporting System (TICARRS) for FY96, with an option for FY97. O&M of TICARRS will be performed concurrently with the DRC-developed and phased-in implementation of the enhanced TICARRS system. No solicitation document exists. However, all proposals received within forty five-days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
