Lancaster Rd. Dallas, Texas 75216 Attn: Chief, Purchase & Contracts (90C) or fax at (214) 372- 7066. The Department of Veterans Affairs will grant an exclusive Enhanced-Use Lease of the land in accordance with U.S.C. 8161 et. seq., to the successful contractor. The lease shall be for a period of 20-35 years. Under this Enhanced-Use agreement the successful contractor will be able to sell isotopes to others for profit, as well as furnish them to the VA.
