S -- TELEPHONE SWITCHBOARD OPERATION DUE 031495 POC Teresa Harris tel: 205/953-3524/Dorothy M Green Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform administrative telephone switchboard operation at Maxwell AFB and Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, Alabama. Services include, but are not limited to DSN, overseas calls, directory assistance and various administrative functions. Services shall be provided to all customers (24) hours a day, (7) days a week, (365) days a year including holidays. Services will be provided under normal conditions, accident and rescue operations, civil disturbances, natural disasters and military contingency operations/base exercises. The period of performance is 95Oct01 through 96Sep30 with (4) four one-year option periods. The Standard Industrial Classification for this acquisition is 7389. The small business size standard is $5.0 million average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years. This acquisition is for a 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
