Desdunes (504)862-1878 Contract will consist of furnishing all material, supplies, labor, services, supervision, facilities and incidentals for providing reproduction services. Work will include pin registered 8 1/2'' x 11'' film negatives (reduced 8 times), roll negatives (9'' x 9''), film positives (.004 MIL mat both sides), clear film, translucent paper, translucent vellum, photoprints, diazo printing of original drawings, quick photo copies, binding, folding, plots on bond, vellum or mylar of PC generated drawings from government-furnished 5 1/4'' or 3 1/2'' floppy disks. Awardee shall provide his/her own transportation each working day for pick up and delivery of work. Contract will be an indefinite quantity contract for a base year and four option years. Offerors will be required to submit a cost proposal and a technical proposal evidencing their ability to meet the technical specifications which will be contained in the solicitation.
