Construction of a 42,700 sq ft Communications Electronics Training Facility located at Camp Rilea in Warrenton, Oregon. To include a non-combustible facility and will contain administration offices, training and assembly classrooms, radio electronics maintenance areas, vehicle maintenance areas, a vehicle storage and protection of the Mobile Communication Equipment. Facility will be asthetically compatible with other existing and planned structures in the area. Site work will include all site preparation, drainage, utility services, sidewalks and drives. Estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. Estimated length of construction is 365 calendar days. SIC is 1542. There will be a site visit on February 13, 1995 at 10:30 am with a pre-bid conference to follow. You are encouraged to attend.
