Construction of a reinforced concrete generator building, complete with ventilation system, electrical systems, doors and hardwares, louvered windows, interior and exterior painting and other incidental work. b. Construction of a fuel storage tank, complete with piping, berm, ground system and miscellaneous hardware. c. Provide new emergency generator, complete with automatic transfer switch, circuit breakers, wiring, grounding, battery charging system, muffler, piping, and other incidental work. d. Provide emergency power to existing Building 1308 (Fire Pump Building) complete with automatic transfer switch, circuit breaker, disconnect switch, wiring, grounding, and other incidental work. This proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the Contracting Officer above evidence of capability to perform a postive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concern, the solicitation will be issued unrestricted without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all businesses as well as from SDB concerns. Estimated price range is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. Estimated construction time is 180 calendar days. Tentative issue date for plans and specifications is 3 February 1995 with a bid opening date on or about 10 March 1995 at 2:00 p.m., Guam Time.
