Ferrell, Contracting Officer (303) 361-0656 Y- The Federal Aviation Adminstration, Northwest Mountain Region, has a requirement to construct a new 75,000 square foot Technical Operations Center and related Parking Lot at the Denver TRACON site, Denver Colorado. Magnitude of this project is estimated over $10 million dollars. This project involves all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and work necessary to construct a new 75,000 square foot building (two story and mechanical penthouse), parking lot, and necessary site work associated with this building. Solicitation packages will be available O/A January 23, 1995 and may be obtained by written requests to FAA, Northwest Mountain Region, Acquisition Management Branch ANM-55, 1601 Lind Ave. SW, Renton, WA 98055. There is a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $250.00 for each solicitation set. A check, money order, or cashiers check made payable to the FAA must accompany your written request. This requirement is solicited as Full and Open Competition.
