Description of Work: The construction of a new 74,451 SF Medical/Dental Clinic with reinforced concrete and masonry veneer on a steel framed back-up system. The new facility will be a three level (two above ground, one below) structure constructed so as to complement adjacent historical brick structures. A complete range of clinical and support services will be incorporated into the facility. The project will include required utility, communication, automatic fire suppression and alarm systems, and computer room. Exterior support includes pavements, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, exterior lighting, landscaping, and required site improvements. Thirteen existing semi-permanent facilities will be demolished for site availability. Demolition will require asbestos abatement. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is over $10,000,000. Charge for solicitation documents is $130.00. Make check payable to F&A Officer.
