Contract V - andhra pradesh State, national highway no 5 - strengthening of existing 2 lane pavement between vijayawada and eluru (km 3 4 to km 53.8 and km 69.2 to km 75 0) including 4 laning between km 3.4 to km 13.0 and a bypass for eluru town (km 53 8 to km 69. 2).
