Conducting a market survey to update our 8 (a) and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) vendor file for Architect-Engineer services. The design services are for the Delaware Air National Guard in New Castle, Delaware. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 8712. The applicable small business size standard including all affiliates is no more than $2.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. All interested 8 (a) and SDB contractors must submit a current Standard Form 254 ``A-E Related Services Questionnaire'' and if appropriate a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. The Contracting Officer will utilize the information received to make a decision on future A-E requirements. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all interested 8 (a) business concerns as well as from SDB concerns.
