The United States Army Operations Command at Fort Bragg, NC is interested in locating businesses capable of providing a Computer Controlled Marksmanship Range. Minimum specifications are for a range where the targets are not visible to the shooter until the targets turn or elevate for display; allows multiple target engagements; a minimum of two targets per lane and a maximum of five; the sequence of displaying the targets must be variable; the construction should allow the targets to fall when hit or allow the instructors to keep the targets displayed to check shot placement; support at least eight shooters; range shall be all weather capable; from a central control, program the range to present the same scenario on all firing points or tailor individual firing points with specific scenarios for individual shooters; shall be capable of programming each individual target with its own display duration timer; the system shall manipulate both the cardboard and plastic E-type silhouettes and flexi seal plastic plates. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AND MARKET SURVEY ONLY; at this time the government has no firm requirement for this acquisition.
