Transportation services required will include shipment planning, material handling, shipment, reporting, and security. The performance period is one year from the contract award date. Consideration will be given to all U.S. and foreign flag vessel operating common/contract carriers (VOCC) and non-vessel operating common carriers (NVOCC).
