The USDA, Forest Service, Northern Region, Missoula, Montana, intends to contract for Call-Wehn-Needed (CWN) light, fixed wing aircraft services. Contractor shall provide a pilot and fully serviced and maintained aircraft for use in; forest fire reconaissance, search & rescue, forest & wildlife management surveys, and transportation of personnel, equipment, & supplies. Contractor shall posses certificate of operations issued by the FAA under FAR Part 135 or 121. Aircraft shall be based in, or near, Missoula, Montana. Solicitation is an Invitation For Bids for; single engine aircraft; 2-place, 4-place, 6-place; and twin engine aircraft. Multiple awards possible. Firm, fixed price contract, with economic price adjustment, for one year, with two one-year options. The proposed contract(s) are 100% set aside for small business concerns. (010)
