The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids for the Mechanical and Electrical Systems for the Paint Shop Building #8 at the Iroquois Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center in Madina, New York. Work includes all labor, equipment and materials necessary to demolish existing and install new mechanical and electrical equipment and systems in coordinationwith the renovation of the Paint Shop Building #8 by the Job Corps Vocational Skills Training Program. Work will include a complete and operational plumbing system including plumbing demolition, plumbing fixtures, piping systems for hot and cold water, vent, waste, soil and propane, valves and plumbing specialties, and related items. Work also includes a complete and operational heating and ventilating system including heating/ventilation demolition, furnace, electric radiators, flues, duct systems, exhaust fans, louvers, automatic temperature control system and related items. Work also includes a complete and operational electrical system including electrical demolition, lighting, power, telephone wiring, all wiring distribution, light fixtures, receptacles, switches, panels,starters, lamps, power for mechanical equipment, and power to the building. This is an unrestricted procurement and is open to any business size. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. Issue date will be o/a January 27, 1995.
