The 30th Space Wing, Vandenberg AFB, CA intends to solicit proposals for sports fields maintenance services. The contractor shall provide all tools, parts, labor, materials, supplies, facilities, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide field maintenance and preparation for all sports fields to include all softball fields and soccer/football fields for one basic period beginning on date of award through 31 December 1995 and 4 option years from 1 January 1996 through 31 December 1999. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business and its affiliates whose average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years did not exceed $5 million. All interested parties should submit a written request for a copy of the solicitation no later than 15 calendar days after publication of this announcement in the CBD. A detailed performance work statement will be provided with the solicitation within 15 days after this notice is published. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
