The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only two sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Contractors are: Pauli and Griffin Company, 907 Cotting Lane, Vacaville, CA 95688 and Aerolyte Systems, One Cable Car Drive, Washington, MO 63090. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by submitting a capability statement. The capability statement must provide information and qualifications to provide this type of equipment. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all ''capability statements'' received within 45 days after date of publication of synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determing whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See numbered Notes 1 and 22.
