Contact Point: Alexis Kemper 202/482-1512. NACISA is requesting nominations from qualified and certified companies to bid for the provision of the Shape/AFSouth Automated Processing Systems (AMPS). The Shape/AFSouth AMPS will comprise operator workstations and message handling servers interconnected by a LAN. The AMPS will automate communication center operations and will provide message handling services. The IFB will be NATO unclassified. However, the successful contractor will need a facility security clearance certificate of NATO Secret for performance of this project. All applicants must be certified to compete in NATO ICB by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of Telecommunications.
