through the CECOM Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) in accordance with
details below. The anticipated solicitation issue date is 1 February
1995. Written requests for this solicitation will not be accepted. All
responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the

following: ''The U.S. ARMY COMMUNICATIONS ELECTRONICS COMMAND (CECOM)
has established an Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) to provide
electronic transmittal of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations
for Bids (IFBs) from government to industry. EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 1994,
ALL SOLICITATIONS ISSUED FROM Ft. MONMOUTH FOR ACQUISITIONS OVER THE
SMALL PURCHASE THRESHOLD WILL Be SOLICITED VIA THE EBB. AS OF 1 JANUARY
1995, HARD COPIES WILL No LONGER BE DISTRIBUTED. (Exceptions are Post,
Camp and Station acquisitions.) All interested parties wishing to
conduct business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and
receive data from the CECOM EBB system. To become a user of the EBB you
will need an identification code and password in addition to a computer
terminal equipped with the necessary hardware and software to interface
with the EBB system. Detailed information regarding system requirements
is contained in the U.S. Army CECOM EBB User's Manual. A User's Manual,
Identification Code and password will be issued upon request. All
requests must include 1) Company name, 2) Point(s) of contact name(s)
and title(s), 3) return address(es), and 4) telephone number(s). Please
